Restore 'N More Restore 'N More Restore 'N More Restore 'N More Restore 'N More

RESTORE 'N MORE, INC. is a general contracting firm specializing in historic restoration, preservation, and rehabilitation of pre-Victorian era structures, and the construction of architecturally-sensitive additions and renovations. Whereas a majority of our clients are from the private, residential sector, RESTORE 'N MORE has successfully completed numerous important projects in the commercial and religious sectors. The company was founded in 1987 by Gary and Denise Baer, both of whom are actively involved in the management and operations of the company: Gary in consulting and sales and the one who helps us see the big picture; Denise in managing the affairs of the office and publisher/author of our quarterly newsletter. Projects Superintendent and Vice President Donald Delp has been with the company since its inception and, we are proud to say, is undoubtedly the finest restoration carpenter and "old-house detective" to be found. Project Supervisor and 2nd-Vice President Dennis Nissley, a soft-spoken 10+-year veteran, has earned the respect and admiration of clients, design professionals, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees through the effective and efficient manner in which he oversees a project. All our supervisors and carpenters are well-trained and experienced in restoration practices and procedures. RESTORE 'N MORE is respected for its accomplishments and admired for its abilities. Our hard-earned trademark and unwavering goal is complete client satisfaction based on the highest levels of client/contractor communication, project management, and individual craftsmanship

RESTORE 'N MORE'S HOME
Here was yet another building slated for the wrecking ball. Originally built in 1880 as a tobacco warehouse and cigar factory, this commercial building had gone through many transformations and eventual decline. Although it had seen better days, much of the original fabric was still intact; including original wood flooring, massive support timbers, and at least a few of the arched-top window sash which we then used as guides for reproduction. But, we saw the inherent beauty and potential for putting office and workshop space all under one roof. Yes, this is now the new home of Restore 'N More.
