BAKE HOUSE COOKS AGAIN
The original bake-house structure had collapsed in on itself, but the size, shape, and dimensions were still clearly discernible. This restoration project not only included rebuilding the structure in the time-honored tradition of vintage hand tools and sheer muscle power, but also rebuilding the squirrel-tail brick bake-oven - an ability only a handful of today's masons-true masters of their craft-can lay claim to. Even the roof was finished off with vintage clay roof tiles.
